TOMATO; Stupice
- £2.20
Solanum lycopersicum
Very early good-tasting red tomato. Introduced to us by a French volunteer as Precoce de Quimper, but on further research we found it is a registered variety from the Czech Republic. Good sweet-acid flavour balance. Prolific, with well spaced leaves to aid ripening.
Sowing instructions
Sow seeds from mid-February in a seed tray or direct into pots or modules. Place in light at 21-24ºC
Growing instructions
Transfer the seedlings into pots or modules, and grow on at 21-24ºC. Tomatoes need a lot of light and a well draining fertile soil. Plant outside or in a greenhouse. Provide support and water regularly. Planting distance from 45x75cm.
