Use leaves in soup and salads; they can also be used in jam or rhubarb to reduce the acidity and sugar requirement.
Sowing instructions
Sow in mid-late autumn. The seeds need several weeks of cold winter weather followed by warm temperatures to germinate.
Growing instructions
Plant 1-2cm deep and 10cm apart. Self seeds quite easily; remove seed heads to limit the spread.
